Unger and Madison are at it again! Florence Unger and Olive Madison that is! Neil Simons updated version of this contemporary classic looks at life from the female point of view - instead of playing poker as in the original version, the girl friends are invited for an evening of Trivial Pursuit.

Olive Madison who freely admits to being a slob, is divorced from her husband, and Florence Unger who has just left her husband is a stickler for detail who would try the patience of a saint. Without giving away the plot, - Olive and Florence decide to share Olive's apartment with hilarious results.

Florence's neat freak habits eventually drive Olive crazy as well as their friends...so Olive arranges a dinner party with the Costazuela brother from upstairs, a disaster in the making... don't miss this very funny play with a group of delightfully 'kooky' characters.

The Concert Hall, Victoria Hall, Cobourg; November 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 at 8 p.m. and November 15 at 2 p.m.

Audition Information: Camelot

The VOS is seeking brave knights, lovely maidens, a youngish king and an older - very dotty king, a beautiful princess, a mysterious wizard, a nymph, one spectacular knight, various assorted members of the royal court and a rather nasty young man and his magical aunt. "For one brief shining moment" in spring of 2009 Victoria Hall will become the fabled court of Camelot. The show will be performed at Victoria Hall, Concert Hall, Cobourg on April 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, & May 1, 2, 2009

In order to achieve this we will be needing a full complement of the above characters. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, August 27th & Thursday, August 28th from 7 to 9 pm.. In addition to actors we will need many other people to make armour, sew costumes, paint sets, build items, find props, and many other jobs. If you are interested in being involved in an “off stage” role give Florence a call too.
